Independent Researcher, Strategist & Design Consultant

My work combines qualitative and user research, strategic analysis and design, and often moves from early-stage investigation through to the development of strategies, services and communication tools.

My experience spans service design and organisational strategy, brand and communications, and work exploring emerging social and technological change. Across these areas, I’m most interested in how people experience services, how organisations adapt and how ideas evolve from research into new ways of working, communicating and designing.
